Banana Breakfast Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Grease well one 12-cup muffin tin.
  3. Blend vegetable oil, sugar and eggs.
  4. Add dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
  5. Fold in mashed bananas, then nuts.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
