Buttery Chocolate Crinkles
- 34 cup butter, melted
- 12 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces mini chocolate chips
- 34 cup powdered sugar
- Mix together the melted butter, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Whisk in the eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Slowly, a little at a time, add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture.
- Stir in chips.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Form the dough into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
- Bake the cookies on parchment-lined cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
- Cool the sheet on a rack for five minutes, then dust the cookies with powdered sugar.
- Remove cookies to rack to finish cooling.
