B & O Gourmet Sauce
- 12 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 13 cup vinegar or 13 cup lemon juice
- 12 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Saute onions in butter in a saucepan until they are tender but not brown.
- Add all the other ingredients, cover saucepan with lid, and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- That's all!
