Delicious Pork Wrapped Tofu
- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 2 tbsp *Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp *Sake
- 2 tbsp *Mirin
- 1 tsp *Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Drain the tofu and cut into 1.5 cm.
- Wrap the tofu in thinly sliced pork.
- Coat a pan with sesame oil and cook the wraps (seam side down) over medium heat.
- Turn over and cook the other side, then roll them around so they are done evenly.
- Wipe excess oil with a paper towel.
- When they are browned, add the ingredients marked *, and fry until it's well coated in the teriyaki sauce, taking care not to burn it.
