Spinach, Corn and Tofu Saute (TUMIS BAYAM JAGUNG TAHU)
- 1 bunch spinach, cut
- 1 ear corn, kernels removed
- 2 blocks tofu, cut into cubes
- 100 gr peeled shrimp
- 1/4 onion, sliced lengthwise
- 100 ml water
- to taste Sugar and salt
- Saute the onion until fragrant all, then add the shrimp and tofu.
- Cook until shrimp turns color.
- Add the corn and spinach, and stir well.
- Add water, sugar, salt and flavoring.
- Cook until vegetables wilted and cooked, remove and serve.
