Spinach, Corn and Tofu Saute (TUMIS BAYAM JAGUNG TAHU)

  1. Saute the onion until fragrant all, then add the shrimp and tofu.
  2. Cook until shrimp turns color.
  3. Add the corn and spinach, and stir well.
  4. Add water, sugar, salt and flavoring.
  5. Cook until vegetables wilted and cooked, remove and serve.
