Chicken Fried Steak And Gravy

  1. Tenderize round steak.
  2. Dip in milk and then flour, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Fry in deep fat at approcimately 375 Degrees F. until golden brown.
  4. After steak is done, pour off fat leaving about 4 tablespoon in pan.
  5. Add 4 tablespoon flour.
  6. Stir until smooth.
  7. Add 1 qt milk.
  8. Stir and cook until thickened for steak gravy.
  9. Enjoy!
