Crispy Potato Fries with Spicy Seasoning

  1. Peel the potatoes, and cut into 1 cm x 1 cm thickness.
  2. Then soak on cool water and drain.
  3. Boil the potatoes on hot water within 5 minutes or until the potatoes half tender.
  4. Add the salt.
  5. Don't boil too long or it will break easily.
  6. Drain the potatoes and keep it cool for a moment.
  7. Mix the high protein flour with spatula.
  8. Make sure the surface is covered enough.
  9. It will be sticky but it will make the potatoes crispy.
  10. Deep fried the potatoes until golden brown and the flour outside are crispy.
  11. Make sure to put the potatoes one by one so it won't be sticky when fried.
  12. Mix well all ingredients for spicy seasoning and springkle it over the fried potatoes.
  13. Shake well before serving.
  14. Enjoy.
