Southwestern Tortilla Wedges

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Mix tomato salsa and sour cream.
  3. Reserve half of salsa mix.
  4. Mix the remaining half with half the bell pepper and the chicken.
  5. Place 2 tortillas on ungreased cookie sheet; spread with chicken mixture.
  6. Spread 2 more tortillas with refried beans and guacamole.
  7. Top stacks with remaining salsa, bell pepper and cheese.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and filling is hot.
  9. Cut each stack into 8 wedges.
