Sea Shell Salad Recipe
- 8 ounce. seashell macaroni
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon dry dillweed
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
- Cook macaroni and drain.
- Rinse with cool water and drain again.
- In bowl, stir together next 7 ingredients.
- Add in macaroni, celery and Large eggs.
- Toss to coat well.
- Cover and chill.
- Makes 6-8 servings.
