Fruity Berry Cobbler
- 1 12 cups fresh cranberries (or frozen, just do not thaw before using)
- 3 cups pineapple chunks, cut chunks in half
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, just do not thaw)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups baking mix (like Bisquick)
- 12 cup milk
- sugar, for topping
- Preheat oven to 350F and lightly spray a 3 quart baking dish.
- Combine cranberries, pineapple, blueberries, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium mixing bowl.
- Place these now into a 3 quart baking dish or casserole dish.
- Combine baking mix and milk in a small mixing bowl.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough on top of the fruit mixture.
- Sprinkle with a little sugar.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
- Serve warm (with ice cream is a nice touch too).
