Korean Grilled Beef Skewers

  1. Place steak in freezer 20 minutes.
  2. Cut steak lengthwise into 1/4 inch-thick strips.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl.
  4. Place meat in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish.
  5. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
  6. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  7. Remove steak from marinade.
  8. Discard any remaining marinade.
  9. Thread steak in zig-zag fashion onto skewers.
  10. Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until desired doneness.
