Asian Chicken Muffins
- 500 g ground chicken
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 2 tspsns chili
- 2 dessertspns hoisin sauce
- 2 eggs
- Fry off onion add garlic and ginger for two minutes,add to all other ingredients,share out into a 12 cup greased muffin tin and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
