Lingonberries and bruberry jams
- 4 kg of Lingonberries and bruberry
- 1 lime juice and zest
- 1 kg of sugar or less but Lingonberries are sour and bitter
- 2 cup of water
- 3 tbsp of jams powder
- Mashed up all berries in the pot add water then bring to boil
- Add sugar and lime juice keep stir then in lime zest low the heat let's boil again for 10 more minutes
- Add jams powder and keep stirring constantly for 5 more minutes then let's boil for 5 more minutes removed from heat
- Keep in the clean jars that been boiled .Pour in the jar while warm and seal the lids tight then let's boil for 15 minutes to get all the air out keep for 2 months in the dark cooling place.
