Lemon Pork Chops
- 6 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 14 teaspoon allspice
- 14 cup apple jelly
- 1 lemon, sliced
- oil (for frying)
- Coat pork chops with mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, and allspice.
- Brown in hot oil.
- Top with apple jelly and lemon slices.
- Cover and simmer, basting often for 40 minutes.
