Crumb-Topped Salmon with Cucumber Salad

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Mix mayo, cheese and red pepper; spread over fish.
  4. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
  5. Bake 12 to 14 min.
  6. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
  8. Serve fish with vegetable mixture.
