Lobster Tail Recipe

  1. Thaw lobster, cut shell and pull out about 1/4 inch of the meat.
  2. Lay on top.
  3. Season with wine, butter, and Old Bay.
  4. Put under broiler for 12 to 20 min.
  5. Careful not to broil too long.
