Lobster Tail Recipe
- 1 lg. lobster tail (frzn) tail only
- 1/4 c. white table wine
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Old Bay (sprinkle)
- Thaw lobster, cut shell and pull out about 1/4 inch of the meat.
- Lay on top.
- Season with wine, butter, and Old Bay.
- Put under broiler for 12 to 20 min.
- Careful not to broil too long.
