Chicken Alfredo Pizza

  1. The sauce: melt butter in a large saucepan or skillet; add in cream and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly; add in parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste; turn off heat under pan.
  3. The pizza: roll out pizza dough in pizza pan (can use a round cardboard covered with plastic wrap) to form crust; spread alfredo sauce evenly over pizza crust.
  4. Arrange spinach leaves over sauce; add green onions, shredded chicken, and bacon.
  5. Sprinkle cheeses over the top.
  6. Freeze, covering pizza and pan (or pizza and cardboard) with plastic wrap followed by heavy-duty foil.
  7. To serve: place frozen pizza on pizza stone or baking pan and thaw; preheat oven to 450; bake 15 minutes or until bubbly.
