SKITTLES CUPCAKES

• 125 grams butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup self raising flour
• 100 grams icing sugar
• 10 grams butter
• 1 skittles

1. Mix butter and sugar, add eggs and flour.
2. Mix in half bag of skittles.
3. Bake for 15 mins on 150.
4. Mix butter and icing to make buttercream you can add food colouring gel to make different colours.
5. Ice cakes and top with skittles.
