Tortilla Roll Ups Recipe
- 2 pkg. frzn minced spinach
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. bottled bacon bits
- 1/2 pkg. dry Hidden Valley dressing (1 pint size)
- 7 lg. flour tortillas
- Cook spinach and drain well.
- Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, bacon bits and Hidden Valley dressing.
- Fold in cooked spinach.
- Equally divide on top 7 large flour tortillas.
- Spread mix proportionately over each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla and store in Tupperware type container.
- Store overnight in refrigerator.
- Slice into 1 inch slices.
- Make an attractive bright green and white pinwheel log.
