RITZ Fig and Prosciutto-Stuffed Brie

  1. Cook prosciutto in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp, stirring frequently.
  2. Remove from skillet.
  3. Cut cheese horizontally in half; place bottom half on baking sheet.
  4. Spread with half the jam; top with half the prosciutto and cover with top of cheese.
  5. Repeat layers of jam and prosciutto.
  6. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until brie is softened.
  7. (Do not bake until cheese starts to ooze.)
  8. Transfer cheese to serving plate; sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Serve with crackers.
