Weezys quick n healthy breakfast!

  1. On a greased baking tray, place portobello mushrooms, stalk facing up.
  2. In a bowl combine tomato, avocado, onion and oil.
  3. Add preferred seasoning if desired
  4. Top mushrooms with mixture
  5. Cook in oven at approx 200c for 10 min sprinkle cheese ontop and cook a further 2min.
  6. Remove mushrooms from oven and top each with a poached egg
