Rose Petal Tea

• 4 cups boiling water
• 2 tablespoons Darjeeling or Ceylon tea leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon rose water (see Note)
• Organic rose petals, for garnish
• Sugar, for serving

1. In a teapot, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep for 3 minutes.
2. Add the rose water.
3. Strain the tea into cups, garnish with rose petals and serve with sugar.
