White Gouda Lasagna

  1. Preheat the over to 350F.
  2. I always prepare the Alfredo and Turkey Spinach layers after turning on the over, otherwise I forget to preheat it.
  3. Alfredo: Melt butter-butter in saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add flour; cook, stirring, 1 minute.
  5. Whisk in milk, salt, pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, whisking; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes add your smoked gouda stir till melted.
  7. Put aside (or on low covered).
  8. Turkey Spinach: Melt butter in a skillet.
  9. Add onions and garlic until tender.
  10. Add turkey, browning.
  11. Once brown, add seasonings and stir.
  12. By handful or so, combine spinach with turkey until wilted and covered in moisture and seasonings.
  13. Put aside (or on low covered).
  14. Time to layer!
  15. Grease your deep baking dish and put a layer of noodles on the bottom.
  16. (1) Cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese than turkeyspinach than Alfredo and end with noodles.
  17. (2) layer of ricotta cheese and than another layer of noodles.
  18. Repeat 1 and 2 until you are out of filling.
  19. You should have a layer of noodles on top, combine remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and cover the top noodle... you can never have too much cheese :)
  20. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
  21. Uncover and cook for 20 more minutes.
  22. Let rest and cool before serving.
