Fruit Yogurt Agar (Kanten)

  1. Pour yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Mix with a spoon and make it smooth.
  3. Drain the syrup from the canned fruit.
  4. Add fruit to the yogurt and mix well.
  5. Combine water and kanten in a small pot and mix well.
  6. Heat in low-medium and cook until it starts to bubble to let the kanten melt completely.
  7. When the kanten has melted, add sugar and mix.
  8. Pour into the bowl from Step 1 and mix well quickly.
  9. (If you don't mix it quickly, it will become hard.)
  10. Moistened a container slightly and pour in the ingredients quickly.
  11. Leave to cool slightly and then chill in the refrigerator.
  12. This time, I used canned peach and tangerine, and added cut strawberries.
  13. I used a small can, so if you are using a big can of fruits, adjust the amount.
