Asian Sweet Potato Muffins

  1. Shift together the cake flour and baking powder.
  2. Add the butter and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Also add the boiled Asian sweet potatoes and mash them.
  4. Add the egg and milk and mix.
  5. Then combine the dry ingredients.
  6. Place the cupcake liner in a muffin tin.
  7. Pour in the batter and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
  8. Bake in the 180C oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Cool on a rack.
