Coffee Liqueur Cream Pie

  1. Mix crushed cookies with butter and press into a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Chill.
  3. Stir chocolate ice cream to soften and blend in 1/4 cup coffee liqueur.
  4. Spoon into pie shell.
  5. Sprinkle with crushed Heath Bars.
  6. Place in freezer 1 hour.
  7. Soften vanilla ice cream and add 1/4 cup coffee liqueur.
  8. Spoon over the chocolate mixture.
  9. Freeze overnight.
  10. Garnish by piping whipped cream around the pie.
  11. Cut into wedges and serve with a drizzle of coffee liqueur over the top.
