Nuts & Seeds Energy Bite

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender (I used a Vitamix).
  2. Start blending the ingredients in low speed, increasing the speed as the ingredients combine.
  3. You will need to stop the blender a few times to bring the ingredients together.
  4. It is done when the dough looks well-combined and the nuts are all chopped into grain-size pieces.
  5. Roll into bite sizes and refrigerate.
  6. Eat cold or at room temperature.
  7. Can also be frozen.
  8. Best consumed within 2 weeks.
