Bar B Q Corned Beef Recipe
- 6-8 pound corned beef brisket
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 bottle liquid smoke
- Bar-b-q sauce
- Fashion dish out of tin foil.
- Place brisket in foil.
- Mix dry ingredients and rub all sides of meat.
- Pour liquid smoke over meat and completely encase brisket with tin foil, seal.
- Place in crock pot on Hi and cook overnight.
- When done, pull apart brisket into strings and add in as much Bar-B-Q sauce to the juice in the crock pot as you want.
- Excellent sandwich meat.
