Curry chickpeas
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Curry (powder)
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 300 grams chickpeas
- In a small pan, heat the olive oil at low heat and add the onion.
- When the onion starts getting transparent, add the garlic, curry, salt and pepper.
- Mix ingredients and let cook for a minute.
- Turn up the heat and add chickpeas.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
