Crock Pot Ham & Scalloped Potatoes

  2. Peel, slice and cut potatoes into 1/4 inch wide strips.
  3. Cube or shred ham.
  4. Set aside.

  6. Melt butter in a large pan.
  7. Chop onion and press garlic.
  8. Saute until soft and translucent.

  10. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
  11. Slowly add milk, then cheeses until thick and creamy.

  13. In a large bowl, mix potatoes, ham, and cheese sauce.
  14. Scrape into a sprayed 6-quart slow cooker.

  16. Cover and cook for 6 hours on low, or 3 hours on high, or until potatoes are soft.
