Quick and Easy Apple Pie
- 4 apples
- 2 eggs
- 120 grams wheat flour
- 170 grams sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Mix the eggs and sugar together in a bowl.
- You can add a little vanilla sugar if you want, but it is optional.
- Melt the butter and add it to the mix along with the flour and cinnamon .
- Spread the dough in a smeared pie form of some sort.
- Peel and slice the apples into thin slices.
- Place the apple slices in the pie form in a pattern of your own choosing.
- Sprinkle it with some more ground cinnamon.
- Put it in a preheated oven at 200 C, (on normal settings ) for 30 minutes.
- Place it on a lower level in the oven so that the apples don't explode due to too much heat.
- Take it out and serve it with creme fraice.
- Enjoy!
