Sundried Tomato Pesto Sausage-Zuchinni Pizza
- 1 whole Italian Sausage, Casing Removed
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Zuchinni Slices
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- 13 cups Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
- 1 whole 12-inch Pre-made Thin Pizza Crust
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 pinch Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Cook and crumble the sausage in oil in a pan over medium heat until browned.
- Transfer sausage to a plate and set aside.
- In same pan, add the zuchinni slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate.
- Spread your pesto evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the cheese, sausage, and zuchinni on top of pesto.
- Add the crushed red pepper flakes at the end.
- Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 10 minutes.
