Amy's Strawberry Treats

• 1 punet strawberries
• 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
• 1/4 cup caramel sauce
• 1 small tub thickened cream
• 1 flake chocolate

1. Wash strawberries and remove leaves .
2. cut out the middle of the strawberry with a knife .
3. whip the cream till firm .
4. Place half teaspoon of chocolate or caramel sauce into the whole in the top of the strawberry .
5. Pipe a little whipped cream on top of the chocolate or caramel sauce .
6. sprinkle a little flake chocolate over the cream on the strawberry .
7. dip the bottom ends of the strawberry into the caramel or chocolate sauce to coat strawberry ends .
8. eat and enjoy .

10. I also did a couple of the strawberries using the little left over juice i had from the puddings to fill the centres of the strawberries replacing the chocolate or caramel sauce .
