Tilapia with Mango Salsa

  1. Cook rice as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, combine mangos, cucumbers, onions and 1 Tbsp.
  3. dressing; set aside.
  4. Heat oil and remaining dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add fish; cook 3 min.
  6. on each side or until fish is browned on both sides and flakes easily with fork.
  7. Serve fish with rice and mango salsa.
