Simple & Light Chicken Tender Nanban
- 400 grams Chicken tenders
- 4 Green pepper (if you have)
- 2 tsp Sake, for preparing the chicken
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Plain flour
- 3 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 Boiled egg
- 1/4 Onion
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Parsley (optional)
- 1 dash Pepper
- Boil the egg, peel it, and use a fork to crush it.
- Finely chop the onion and parsley, and wring out any moisture.
- Combine the egg, onion, parsley, mayonnaise, and black pepper.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with sake.
- Flavor with salt and pepper, then cover with the flour.
- Cut the green peppers in half vertically and remove the seeds.
- Add some oil to a frying pan and cook the chicken.
- Add the green peppers.
- Once it's about 70% cooked, combine, add the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil in the frying pan.
- Transfer to a serving plate and top with the tartar sauce and it's complete!!
- It goes well with lettuce, so your kids can wrap it up in lettuce leaves to eat.
