Oriental Chicken Salad

  1. Boil chicken breasts in water with salt and pepper until done.
  2. Chop chicken.
  3. In mixing bowl, combine chicken, water chestnuts, onions, sesame seeds, almonds and poppy seeds.
  4. In another bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and oil.
  5. Mix or shake well.
  6. Pour over chicken mixture.
  7. Refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, toss with noodles and lettuce.
