Thai Fruit Salsa

  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except the basil.
  2. Refrigerate covered up to 2 hours.
  3. Just before serving, toss in the basil.
  4. Makes about 4 cups.
  5. Top off grilled salmon, swordfish, or tuna with this velvety, fresh salsa.
  6. Green chilies add a welcome bite.
  7. Stir in the chopped basil just before serving.
