Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix flour, cereal, spice, baking powder and baking soda in medium bowl; set aside.
  3. Beat sugar and margarine in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs; mix well.
  5. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
  6. Blend in bananas.
  7. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  8. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 5 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pan 10 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Cut into 16 slices.
