Easy PHILADELPHIA S'mores Cheesecake
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 3/4 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/4 cup coarsely broken graham crackers
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Beat first 3 ingredients with mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs; mix just until blended.
- Stir in chocolate.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until center is almost set.
- Cool completely.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Heat broiler just before serving cheesecake.
- Top cheesecake with marshmallows and graham pieces.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 min.
- or until marshmallows are golden brown.
