Bodyrocker's Healthy Veggie Quiche
- 1 Fresh Spinach
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 medium Leek
- 2 clove Garlic
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cup Broccoli
- 1 Olive Oil
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- Wash the vegetables properly and chop them up (except for the spinach).
- Break the eggs.
- Use 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg and beat them.
- Sautee the vegetables using 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- When the broccoli becomes soft, add in the mashed garlic.
- Add the vegetables into a pan, and pour in the egg.
- Garnish with salt and pepper and/or other spices for taste (even mixing in cheese is cool!
- ).
- Set the oven to 175 degreese celcius and cook for about 15-20 minutes until the top becomes brown.
- Take it out and let it cool.
- Then rip it apart!
