Bodyrocker's Healthy Veggie Quiche

  1. Wash the vegetables properly and chop them up (except for the spinach).
  2. Break the eggs.
  3. Use 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg and beat them.
  4. Sautee the vegetables using 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. When the broccoli becomes soft, add in the mashed garlic.
  6. Add the vegetables into a pan, and pour in the egg.
  7. Garnish with salt and pepper and/or other spices for taste (even mixing in cheese is cool!
  8. ).
  9. Set the oven to 175 degreese celcius and cook for about 15-20 minutes until the top becomes brown.
  10. Take it out and let it cool.
  11. Then rip it apart!
