Peaches Cream Pie Recipe
- 1 baked & cooled pie crust
- 4 c. sliced peaches
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- Mix peaches, sugar and lemon juice in blender.
- Cook for 8-10 min.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together with 1 c. peach mix.
- Fold into this 1 (8 oz) package Cold Whip.
- Pour into cooled pie crust.
- Pour remaining peach mix over cream mix.
- Refrigeratethoroughly.
- Very good.
