Salame Dolce Recipe Caraccia

  1. Beat the yolks with the sugar and add the cocoa, butter, sin santo
  2. When its mixed, add the crushed cookies
  3. Mix them in well, make into the form of a salame and roll it up in aluminum foil
  4. Let it chill for a few hours, remove it from the foil and if you want, dust it with the icing sugar to make it look like the outside of a salame.
  5. Slice it like salame, eat it with espresso.
