Martinowitz Recipe
- 3 1/2 ounces dry gin
- 1/4 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/4 ounce pickle juice
- Ice
- 1 kosher pickle slice, for garnish
- Combine gin, vermouth, and pickle juice in a shaker filled halfway with ice and stir vigorously until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a kosher pickle slice.
