Dijon Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry Skillet
- 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 carrot, sliced Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup snow peas, stems removed
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Pour over chicken in shallow glass dish.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, stirring after 30 min.
- Cook chicken mixture in large skillet on medium heat 4 min.
- or until done.
- Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 to 8 min.
- or until vegetables are tender.
