Chicken With Vegetables & Rice

  1. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add chicken and garlic.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, 5-7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in all remaining ingredients except wine and rice.
  4. Continue cooking, stirring often, 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender.
  5. Stir in wine.
  6. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. *Substitute water.
