Peachy Grilled Ham Slice
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) peach-flavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 lb. center cut ham slice, 1/2 to 1-inch thick
- Preheat broiler.
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, gelatin, water and lemon juice.
- Heat, stirring constantly, over medium heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
- Broil or grill ham slices 4 to 6 inches from heat for 15 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with glaze.
