Peachy Grilled Ham Slice

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, gelatin, water and lemon juice.
  3. Heat, stirring constantly, over medium heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
  4. Broil or grill ham slices 4 to 6 inches from heat for 15 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with glaze.
