Herbed Yogurt Cheese

  1. Stir parsley, chives, pepper and salt into yogurt.
  2. Moisten a coffee filter or double layer of cheesecloth.
  3. Place filter in top of a drip coffee maker or cheesecloth in a sieve.
  4. Add yogurt, fold top ends over, and let drip at room temperature, or overnight.
  5. When cheese stops dripping and feels firm enough to hold its shape, turn out and refrigerate.
  6. Use as a soft spread.
