Chicken/Coconut/Pineapple Kabobs
- 1 Coconut, Broken Up And Cubed
- 1/2 cans (21 Oz. Can) Pineapple, Cubed
- 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken
- 1/4 cups Watkins Tropical Salsa
- Break open your coconut, pull apart and cut into cubes.
- Soak in water while you do the rest.
- Cut up the pineapple and set aside.
- Cut up your chicken and set aside.
- Now grab skewers and get ready to load them any way you please.
- Spray your grill before starting or brush the grill with oil to keep things from sticking.
- Place on a preheated grill and cook for about 4 minutes over medium to low heat on each side.
- Now brush with sauce and grill for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Make sure you brush all sides.
- Remove and serve.
