Egg Yolk Pie Crust Recipe

  1. Combine dry ingredients; cut in lard.
  2. Place egg yolks in measuring c. and stir with fork till smooth.
  3. Blend in sufficient water to make scant cupful.
  4. Sprinkle over dry mix; toss with fork to make dough.
  5. Roll as usual.
  6. Makes 3 (9 inch) 2 crust pies.
