Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake Recipe
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines fudge brownie mix
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tbsp. water
- NOTE: Use a springform pan for easy removal.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees for crust, cut butter into brownie mix till mix is crumbly.
- Stir in water.
- Pat mix into bottom of an ungreased 9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min and remove from oven.
- Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees.
- Mix at low speed cream cheese, flour and sugar; add in Large eggs, lemon juice and vanilla.
- Pour onto crust and bake for 10 min.
- Reduce temperature to 250 degrees and bake for 30 min longer.
- Cold completely then spoon cherry pie filling over top.
- Chill till ready to serve.
